1. General Policy

At Rilooma, we strive to ensure our AI extraction services meet your expectations. Because our service provides immediate access to digital goods and utilizes significant server resources (AI processing), our standard policy is that all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

  • The service completely failed to generate a PDF for a valid, supported video link.
  • You were incorrectly charged due to a technical error on our platform or our payment partner's platform.
  • You request a refund within 3 days of your purchase AND have not generated any successful PDFs using your Pro credits.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please reach out to us via our Contact page. Please include your registered email address and the transaction ID. We aim to review all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, UPI) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
